UDIA NSW & Urban Property Group Awards for Excellence 2024 was held last Friday with a Gala Dinner attended by Fresh Hope Communities’ Scott Griffiths, Sarah Ramsey, David Hanrahan and Sam Buckerfield. They were joined by Lara from Calderflower and her team and Gabi from SJB, for Nightingale Housing.
During the Gala Dinner, the best of the best projects in 2024 were showcased, demonstrating the highest standards of excellence in technology, sustainability, environmental preservation and cutting-edge marketing for residential, industrial and commercial development.
Fresh Hope Communities’ newest developments Nightingale Marrickville, Cedar on Collins and Green Hills Residential Care Service, were all finalists in different categories.
However, it was Green Hills’ time to shine, winning the award in the Aged Care category.
UDIA judges visited Green Hills on the 18th of July and were hosted by, Shannon, Lara and Sam—and gave them a 45 minute tour and they were very complimentary about this state-of-the-art facility that has quickly become home for many.
David Hanrahan travelled to East Maitland today to present the award to the team at Green Hills. He said, “This morning, I have the opportunity to present the Green Hills team with the UDIA Award for Excellence. The award is not only about the architect and the building, it is also very much about bringing it all together to deliver on what the vision and built form can provide for our residents. The team and Green Hills certainly have done that. Well done!”
Sam Buckerfield added, “This is a collective win for Fresh Hope Communities, because so many of our staff have been involved in realising this redevelopment into being and it’s something truly worth celebrating—so give yourselves a big pat on the back for a job excellently done!”
