Each year on August 7, Aged Care Employee Day (ACED) shines a light on the incredible people who care for our ageing Australians. It’s a moment to pause and say a heartfelt “thanks for caring” to the more than 370,000 aged care workers across the country—and especially to our own team at Fresh Hope Communities.
With over 760 dedicated staff in residential care, we are proud to celebrate the nurses, care workers, allied health professionals, meaningful engagement and lifestyle teams, hospitality teams, maintenance staff, cleaners, drivers, and administration staff who make our communities feel like home. You show up every day with compassion, hospitality, and kindness—creating spaces that cultivate belonging and strengthen meaningful connection.
