Residents at Dalpura Retirement Community enjoyed a nostalgic trip down memory lane to the 1960s, with an evening dress-up party. Featuring popular party treats from the era, such as vol-au-vents, asparagus wrapped in bread, and cocktail toothpicks skewered with cheese and pickled onions (and the obligatory glace cherries of course).
The evening was filled with fun activities, including a photo booth, a best-dressed catwalk competition, ‘60s music and dancing, trivia, and a piñata, making it a very memorable occasion for all who attended.
Enjoying something a little out of the ordinary gave everyone the chance to reminisce, connect with others, indulge their creative sides and create wonderful memories together.
