Thanks for Caring: Aged Care Employees Day 2024 

We cannot let this day go by without extending our profound thank you to all our care staff across our services at Fresh Hope Communities. This includes our nurses, clinical care teams, administrators, hospitality and maintenance team members, lifestyle and wellbeing coordinators, cleaners and all our team members who have dedicated their days in service to our residents in residential care. 

You are the backbone of our organisation. You keep us steady in our endeavors to provide high quality care to all our residents and deliver this day in and day out with selfless compassion and patience and fully embody our values of kindness, connection, integrity and optimism while you do it. 

You may not always see the impact you have but every day you make the lives of the residents we serve better; your diligence and careful attention makes them feel seen and known, important and valued. 

Not everyone can say “today I made a difference” every time they go to work, so you should all be very proud of the work you do. 

I am blessed and proud to be leading such a dedicated and talented team.  

Thank you for continuing to make a difference in the lives of those we care for and serve.
