The Fresh Hope Communities Board is delighted to welcome Ruth Jothy as she joins Fresh Hope Communities today, as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Ruth comes to Fresh Hope Communities from Elanor Investors Group where she held the executive role of Head of Asset Management. The Board is excited about bringing Ruth’s people leadership, technical skills and experience in Property and Asset Management to lead Fresh Hope Communities’ executives and the wider organisation forward together.
Ruth is deeply aligned with Fresh Hope Communities’ faith-based mission and cultural values of kindness, connection, integrity and optimism.
Ruth shared, “My experience with residential aged care has underscored the importance of the work you do at Fresh Hope Communities, serving vulnerable people in your care. It’s great to be coming on board as we settle into the new Aged Care Act environment, keeping residents front and centre. With the extra demands on providers, we have an opportunity to show we are more than up to the challenge.
